This certificate confirms the submission of an application and, along with a valid travel document, allows for multiple border crossings without the need to obtain a visa.
It is issued to a UK national and a UK national’s family member who:
1) by December 31, 2021, submitted an application for a new certificate of residence registration, a new residence card, a new document confirming the right of permanent residence, or a new permanent residence card;

The "Withdrawal Agreement": citizens’ rights
Under the Withdrawal Agreement, EU citizens with a right of residence in the UK, and UK nationals with a right of residence in the EU, will be in full scope of the social security coordination provisions.
For EU citizens, a stay is considered uninterrupted if all absences from Poland do not exceed 6 months in total. This means that your trips abroad during the specified period should not exceed the limits mentioned above. However, there are exceptions to this rule. If you are doing military service or your absence is due to exceptional personal circumstances, such as pregnancy, childbirth, illness, or for reasons related to professional assignments, studies, or vocational training, and these absences do not exceed 12 months in total, include this information in your application.
