Financial assistance for Pole's Card holders

As of January 1, 2025, the minimum gross monthly wage is PLN 4,666, and the minimum gross hourly rate for specific civil-law contracts is PLN 30.50.
Legal basis: The Regulation of the Council of Ministers of September 12, 2024 on the amount of the minimum remuneration for work and the amount of the minimum hourly rate in 2025 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 13662).

It is enough to state that the suspended proceedings may now continue. If there are any changes to your address, please notify us. You have 3 years to submit a request for reopening the proceedings, counted from the date of the suspension of proceedings. After that time, it shall be assumed that you withdraw your application, and the proceedings will be closed.

Depending on your place of residence, your application will be processed by the Voivode(Governor) of the respective province (voivodeship). The same principle applies to most institutions you will need to contact. If your employer submits an application for a work permit, the decision will be issued by the Voivode of the province where your employer’s company is based. If you are applying for an intra-corporate transfer, the application will be processed by the Voivode of the province where the host entity in Poland is located.

A financial benefit granted upon request, for a period of up to 9 months, to cover settlement costs for a foreigner who: holds a Pole's Card, has moved to Poland, and has submitted an application for a permanent residence permit.
