The same principle applies to most institutions you will need to contact. If your employer submits an application for a work permit, the decision will be issued by the Voivode of the province where your employer’s company is based. If you are applying for an intra-corporate transfer, the application will be processed by the Voivode of the province where the host entity in Poland is located.
