Stable and regular source of income

Consistent and regular earnings. These are amounts earned on a regular basis that meet the minimum required threshold, which you must demonstrate when applying for certain types of residence permits. If you live in a one-person household in Poland, the minimum monthly net income is PLN 1010. In the case of families, the minimum monthly net income is PLN 823 per family member. To prove a stable and regular income, submit documents that indicate the basis for obtaining it, e.g. an employment contract, a contract of mandate, a resolution establishing the amount of remuneration of a management board member, and documents that confirm that you actually receive it on a regular basis, e.g. confirmation of payment of ZUS contributions.
The income must come from a legal source, which means that it must be confirmed by documents legalizing work or other gainful activity, if they were required. Documents legalizing work include, for example, a declaration of entrusting work or a work permit.
This requirement applies to permits for: temporary residence and work (only applications submitted from January 1, 2021 to January 28, 2022), residence for business activity, family reunification, certain other specific circumstances, seasonal work, posted workers, long-term EU resident, permanent residence for UK nationals posted to work in Poland by a foreign employer up to December 31, 2020.
In proceedings for granting long-term EU resident status, your income is assessed for stability, regularity, and legal origin during the 3 years preceding the application. The monthly net income must be equal to or higher than the following amounts:
