British frontier worker — a UK national who before 31 December 2020 performed work or carried out other gainful activity on a self-employed basis within the territory of the Republic of Poland and was not subject to the obligation to register their residence (due to not residing in that territory), and who continues to perform such work or conduct such activity in Poland after that date, while still not residing in the territory.
