A document issued by an authority confirming facts or legal status arising from an ongoing case at that authority — e.g., confirmation of application submission, confirmation of legal stay of a person applying for residence legalization. The certificate is issued upon written request and is free of charge if it confirms circumstances related to an ongoing administrative procedure.
The application for issuing a certificate should be sent by mail to the Office, submitted at the filing point of the Department for Foreigners, or submitted via the ePUAP platform.
f the application concerns a matter that is not currently under review by the office, a fee of PLN 17 is required for issuing the certificate.
