A permit for work performed for an employer conducting business in a sector of seasonal nature, as defined by law. The list of activities recognized as seasonal work is specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy on subclasses of economic activities according to the Polish Classification of Activities (PKD), for which seasonal work permits are issued for foreigners. This permit is issued by the district governor (Staroste) for a period of up to 9 months within a given calendar year.
