Provision

Provision is a document issued during the course of proceedings, relating to specific procedural steps — for example, the suspension of proceedings. A provision does not determine the substance of the application and does not conclude the proceedings. It is sent to the address you provided in your residence legalization application or to your designated attorney-in-fact. If you disagree with the provision, you may file an appeal.
