Fundusz Azylu, Migracji i Integracji (w skrócie FAMI) to mechanizm finansowy zastępujący Europejski Fundusz na rzecz Uchodźców, Europejski Fundusz na rzecz Integracji Obywateli Państw Trzecich oraz Europejski Fundusz Powrotów Imigrantów, funkcjonujące w ramach Programu ogólnego SOLID „Solidarność i zarządzanie przepływami migracyjnymi”.
EU citizens
Photographs must be undamaged, in colour, and of good quality; 35 mm × 45 mm in size; taken no earlier than 6 months before the date of submitting the application. They must show the face of the EU citizen or their family member from the top of the head to the upper part of the shoulders, so that the face occupies 70–80% of the photograph; the eyes, especially the pupils, must be clearly visible; the eye line should be parallel to the top edge of the photograph.
The Schengen Area countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Italy, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, and Croatia, as well as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland (the last 4 countries are part of the Schengen Area but are not EU members). Ireland and Cyprus are EU Member States that are not part of the Schengen Area.

Pursuant to the law, documents prepared by a notary carry the status of official documents.
If the proceedings were suspended at your request, you may submit a request to reopen them at any time. No special justification is required. It is enough to state that the suspended proceedings may now continue. If there are any changes to your address, please notify us. You have 3 years to submit a request for reopening the proceedings, counted from the date of the suspension of proceedings. After that time, it shall be assumed that you withdraw your application, and the proceedings will be closed.
A family member who is not an EU citizen retains the right of residence in Poland in the case of:
1) the death of an EU citizen, if he stayed with him on the territory of the Republic of Poland for a period of not less than a year before the day of the death of the EU citizen;
2) divorce or annulment of a marriage with an EU citizen if:
European Economic Area (EEA) - a free trade area and common market, including European Union and European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries, with the exception of Switzerland.
