If the proceedings were suspended at your request, you may submit a request to reopen them at any time. No special justification is required. It is enough to state that the suspended proceedings may now continue. If there are any changes to your address, please notify us. You have 3 years to submit a request for reopening the proceedings, counted from the date of the suspension of proceedings. After that time, it shall be assumed that you withdraw your application, and the proceedings will be closed.

A form of expressing your objection to an administrative provision, for example, regarding the return of your application or the suspension of proceedings. The deadline for lodging a complaint is 7 days from the date of receipt of the provision with which you disagree. The complaint must be submitted in writing and must bear your signature. Submitting a complaint within the deadline suspends the execution of the provision.

If your application meets formal requirements, you can submit a request to suspend the proceedings. Suspension is issued in the form of an administrative provision, which is subject to an appeal. During the suspension period, initiated at your request, your stay will not be legalized on the basis of an ongoing legalization procedure.

The minimum amount of financial resources you must have to cover the cost of living for the entire duration of your stay in Poland for study purposes, after deducting the cost of return travel to your country of origin and housing costs (applies to applications submitted after April 27, 2019). If you are staying in Poland alone, the minimum amount is PLN 1010 for each month of stay + cost of return travel to your country of origin and monthly housing costs.
