A temporary residence permit granted when the purpose of stay in Poland is to take up or continue full-time studies.

You must leave the territory of Poland no later than the last day of:
• your visa validity, unless you have applied for a visa extension;
• your temporary residence card validity, unless you have applied for a new permit;
• your visa-free travel, if you are entitled to enter and stay in Poland without a visa,
• the validity of another entry and stay entitlement, (e.g. a residence card issued by another Schengen country), provided that the conditions for stay under that document are met;
If the proceedings were suspended at your request, you may submit a request to reopen them at any time. No special justification is required. It is enough to state that the suspended proceedings may now continue. If there are any changes to your address, please notify us. You have 3 years to submit a request for reopening the proceedings, counted from the date of the suspension of proceedings. After that time, it shall be assumed that you withdraw your application, and the proceedings will be closed.
If the purpose of stay for which your permit was granted no longer exists, your residence permit may be revoked. If your purpose of stay has changed but you still wish to remain in Poland, you should submit a new application form reflecting the new circumstances.
A positive decision concluding the processing of your application for residence legalization or a work permit, issued in the form of an administrative decision.
A form of expressing your objection to an administrative provision, for example, regarding the return of your application or the suspension of proceedings. The deadline for lodging a complaint is 7 days from the date of receipt of the provision with which you disagree. The complaint must be submitted in writing and must bear your signature. Submitting a complaint within the deadline suspends the execution of the provision.
A pause in the processing of your application. For example, if you leave Poland for several months, you may request the suspension of the procedure and its continuation upon your return. If your application meets formal requirements, you can submit a request to suspend the proceedings. Suspension is issued in the form of an administrative provision, which is subject to an appeal. During the suspension period, initiated at your request, your stay will not be legalized on the basis of an ongoing legalization procedure.
A document issued by the university or school where you are studying, prepared on an official form and signed by an authorized representative. It confirms that you are currently a student, provides information on the field of study you are enrolled in, the language of instruction, academic performance or progress, ect.
The right to reside in specific residential premises where your life centre is located, encompassing your family, personal, and financial matters. While considering your application, you will be required to provide a document confirming secured accommodation in Poland.
The minimum amount of financial resources you must have to cover the cost of living for the entire duration of your stay in Poland for study purposes, after deducting the cost of return travel to your country of origin and housing costs (applies to applications submitted after April 27, 2019). If you are staying in Poland alone, the minimum amount is PLN 1010 for each month of stay + cost of return travel to your country of origin and monthly housing costs.
