These are the minimum financial resources required to cover the cost of living in Poland. The amount may change, but currently it is: PLN 1010 per month if you live alone or PLN 823 per month for each family member in a shared household.

Proceedings regarding the legalization of stay are, as a rule, initiated on the day you submit your application for a residence permit in Poland. If your application does not contain any formal deficiencies, or if such deficiencies are supplemented by you, you will receive information about the initiation of the proceedings and the estimated date for the examination of your case.
Voivode is a government-appointed governor who represents the central government at the regional level, specifically within a voivodeship (province) The Voivode is the authority responsible for issuing decisions on granting residence permits in Poland.
The person who signed the application; in the case of minors, the applicant is the parent or legal guardian.
Depending on your place of residence, your application will be processed by the Voivode(Governor) of the respective province (voivodeship). The same principle applies to most institutions you will need to contact. If your employer submits an application for a work permit, the decision will be issued by the Voivode of the province where your employer’s company is based. If you are applying for an intra-corporate transfer, the application will be processed by the Voivode of the province where the host entity in Poland is located.
