The amount of fees related to your place of residence. They include fixed charges for using the occupied premises (e.g. rent), as well as utilities such as electricity, gas, water, sewage, and waste disposal. These costs should be calculated per person living on the premises. If you are studying in Poland and have submitted an application for temporary residence due to studies after April 27, 2019, remember that you must have sufficient financial resources to support yourself and cover your return trip home after deducting housing costs.

These refer to documents without which we cannot initiate proceedings, i.e., we cannot consider your application — for example, a completed and signed application form, photographs, the original passport presented for inspection, etc. You must provide these documents in order to receive a stamp on your passport. The formal assessment of the application is the initial stage of the entire procedure, during which we review the documents you have submitted.
